Crewing

Crewing can be a bit tricky at this race as it is often faster to get from one point to the next by running than it is by driving. Some crews go to Stinson Beach, some go to Cardiac (which involves paying $7 for parking at Pan Toll and walking about 1/2 mile to the aid station), but most simply stay at Old Mill Park or walk a few blocks into Mill Valley and have breakfast.

To get to Stinson Beach, set 1 Arenal Avenue, Stinson Beach, CA as your destination on your smart phone. It will take about 35 minutes to drive over there from the starting line.

To get to Cardiac Aid Station, you will drive to Pan Toll Station and park there. Set 801 Panoramic Highway, Mill Valley, CA as your destination on your smart phone. It will take about 20 minutes to drive there from the starting line, and another 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the aid station.

Pacing

Due to the relatively crowded nature of the race, trekking poles are not allowed. No pacers, please, for the same reason. C'mon, you don't need a pacer for 28 miles!
